A jackass of all trades, Jader hurdles through time and space wielding their skills in photography, performance, film, costume design, and avant-garde makeup to envision parallel dimensions that are as disturbing as they are alluring. With its vibrant, trademark aesthetic and thought-provoking conceptual underpinnings, Jader’s work whisks the viewer off into a post-human, post-binary plane of existence and from this vantage point, invites a more thorough understanding of the subjective present. Radically queer and unapologetically candid, Jader is the virus in the simulation.
Jader recently debuted new work for Art Basel Miami Beach (with his collective, Toxic Waste Face) and was recently spotlit by KQED Arts and Broadly by Vice as a vanguard artist on the rise.
The artist splits his time between San Francisco and Los Angeles, CA.
